Monday News- February 3, 2020

Hello readers! Welcome to a new week!

Boy last week was a bear of a week wasn't it? This week should be quite the roller coaster too. I have a lot of emotions brewing inside of me. Honestly, I'm exhausted, bummed out, disappointed and angry. I think I might take a news detox at the end of this week. It's long overdue.

I am really excited because my tiny blog has been getting some extra attention the past few weeks. Which just makes me so happy because that is the whole point of this blog. My main goal is to reach out to people, create a community of support and understanding and raise awareness all in an effort to help end the stigma around mental health. And you guys are helping me to do that by sharing and interacting with my social media. Thank you so much for reading and for reaching out. It truly means so much to me.
