Hello friends and Happy Monday!

Last week was a busy one for me. I tried so hard to get to the blog and get something posted but it just never worked out. Life happens fast. Faster than I can keep up with sometimes. Currently I am limping around on a sprained foot. I am very limited in what I can do. My house is a mess. Work is taking longer. Last week I experienced a lot of frustration and anger because of my restrictions. But then I got some perspective. My body is healing. My mind needs to be kind and accept things for what they are. So what if the laundry piles up or if I can't do a downward dog for a while? Does it really matter? No. I will be fine and my foot will heal. I just need to be kind to myself and patient with my surroundings. Meditate. Breathe.

So I'm back today and maybe I'll make it back tomorrow and the rest of the week. But let's just focus on today. Here is your Monday News. Have a great week guys!
