Mental Health Apps
Therapy is literally the best. But man is it expensive and sometimes difficult to make time for. Luckily, for us, we live in a world where we all carry around magic little tablets that are a constant source of updated information targeted towards our interests.
Mental Health apps have become wildly popular lately and with good reason. They are effective tools that can help us manage our mental health anytime, anywhere and at a price that fits our budget.
And while apps aren't truly a replacement for therapy, they are worth checking out. Here are twelve mental health apps that can either get you direct help from a licensed professional, or help you to do your own work to manage your mental health and well-being.
