Bell Let's Talk Day 2020

In September of 2010, Bell Let's Talk started a new initiative to begin a conversation about mental health in Canada. It was well received and the responses made it clear that there was an urgent need for action. Millions of Canadians, including celebrities, joined in on the conversation, creating new ideas and hope for those who struggle with mental illness.

As a result, many institutions and organizations in Canada received much needed funding for things like access, care and research from Bell Let's Talk and from governments and corporations who have joined the cause. As of right now, Bell's total donation to mental health programs is $100,695,763.75.

On Bell Let's Talk Day, Bell will donate more towards mental health initiatives in Canada by contributing $0.05 for every applicable text, call, tweet, social media view or use of their Facebook frame and Snapchat filter. Bell Let's Talk Day is on January 29, 2020. Every time you participate using a method outlined below, Bell will donate $0.05 toward Canadian mental health services.
