Hello and Happy New Year!

I had a nice break away from reality for the holidays, but now it is time to get back into the swing of things. I'm easing into my resolutions and doing what I can to stay healthy and focused on my goals. I'm also making my mental health a priority and watching less news, staying off social media when I can and practicing as much self-care as time will allow.
