Chill Beauty

I'm all about my self-care practice lately. My depression and anxiety has been so bad these past few weeks that I have been craving anything that can chill me out. Lucky for me, I am a beauty junkie and have a lot of products at my disposal. I love the smell of lavender and truly believe that there is no better way to chill out than in a cloud of lavender. Here are some of my favorite products to use when I need to chill out.

Dr. Teals Lavender

I am obsessed with this line. If Dr. Teals makes it, and it smells like lavender, I want it on my body. Currently I have the body wash, body lotion, bath and body oil and bath bombs. Heaven.

Hot/Cold Face Mask

I got this as a gift and adore it. I love using it when I meditate. It can be heated up in the microwave or chilled in the freezer. It is so soothing, and it's filled with lavender!

Chesapeake Bay Serenity + Calm Candle

This is the best lavender scented candle I have found. It burns clean, smells amazing and lasts for a long time.

Derma E Sage and Lavender Face Oil

This face oil is gorgeous. Smells like a spa and absorbs quickly. My skin is always so radiant after I use this.

Aromatherapy Associates Deep Calm Rollerball

This oil is scented with Chamomile, Sandalwood and Vetiver and it is magical. It is really calming. I just apply it to my pulse points and I'm zenned out in no time.

Provence Beauty Good Night Pillow Mist

I picked this up on a whim while shopping at Marshalls recently, and I am so glad that I did. The lavender scent is perfect. And while I do wish that the scent was a little stronger, I can still smell it hours after I spray it on my pillow. It feels so indulgent when I lay down at night.

Bath and Body Works Dream in the Sky

I just got these and I am loving them. Dream in the Sky is scented with sugared lavender, honey butter and whipped vanilla. It smells like lavender cake to me. I have the body cream and fragrance spray and have always been a fan of Bath and Body Work's formulas.
