Monday News- January 31, 2022

I can't believe that January is almost over. I have some exciting stuff coming up in February so I am really looking forward to it. It's my birthday month, I'm seeing my favorite band ( The War On Drugs ) live and I am planning on some fun volunteer work.  January has been tough depression wise. I had some pretty intense depressive episodes this month but my psychiatrist and I came up with a plan that seems to be working so far. I have also established a lot of really great self-care habits this month which can only be good for my mental health.  I hope your January was awesome and that your February rocks!
